Training Schedule


Lean Sports Training has a variety of training courses for all ages and fitness goals.   We offer fun programs for little ones, athletic training for the serious athlete and individual and group fitness to help you keep in shape.  


  • Ages 5-9

    • Speed & Agility; including a variety of activities and games that build the basics of physical fitness and athleticism.

    • PDSA - Summer Soccer Camp

  • Ages 10-19 

    • Xplode! Sports Performance offered by Xcel Sports Medicine

    • PDSA - Soccer Camps

    • PDSA - Summer Soccer School

  • Ages 20+ 

    • Get ready for swimsuit season with our Total Body Cardio Interval Class 

    • Sign up now through June 30th, 2014 and get a special intro rate of just $20 for your first month of unlimited classes.  This class is available for all fitness levels so get started today.

    • Classes available Monday & Thursday at 6pm and Saturday at 9am
